Free shipping does not apply to OVERSIZED items including, but not limited to, the following:

- Fishing rods
- Coolers & crates
- Kayak carts

All oversized items, with the exception of watercraft, ship for a flat rate of $19.99 regardless of weight.
How will my order ship?
Most orders ship via USPS or UPS. Some of the products that we offer are shipped directly from the supplier. In these cases the supplier will use their preferred shipping provider.

Can I take a kayak out for a test paddle before I buy?
Absolutely! We are strong believers in paddling a kayak before you buy it. This allows customers to make informed choices and buy with confidence. While our demo fleet does not have every kayak model that we sale, we have many of the makes and models available for you to try.

Do you buy used kayaks?
Have you ever wished you could trade in your current kayak and upgrade to something newer, faster, or more feature specific. Are you looking for a new pedal drive kayak? Well, now you have a choice! We are excited to announce two new programs that allow customers to receive value from their current kayak and apply it toward the purchase price of a new kayak.

What is your return policy?
We are proud to offer our customers a 30 day, hassle free return policy. If we receive your unused/undamaged items back in their original manufacturer packaging within 30 days of the purchase date, you can choose between receiving a refund of your purchase price or a store credit in the amount of the purchase price.
Items returned after 30 days of the purchase date are not guaranteed a refund of any kind. We will evaluate, on a case-by-case basis, items falling outside the 30 day window or for items showing signs of use or that are no longer in their original packaging. If we decide, at our sole discretion, to honor the return it will be in the form of store credit.
Generally, we do not refund shipping charges, unless you are returning the item due to an error made on our part. For all other returns, you are responsible to pay all shipping charges. All sales are final on clearance items. For all warranty returns, call or email us so that we may better help you with the process.
Please follow these steps for all returns:
1. Contact Us requesting a "Return Authorization" (RA) number. All returns must have an RA number or they will not be accepted. In your email please provide us with the reason for your return, the items you would like to return, your order number, and the date of purchase. Send your email to: firstname.lastname@example.org
2. Carefully package your return for shipping and if possible, include a copy of your original invoice. Be sure to write your RA number clearly on the outside of the package. We recommend that you get a tracking number from the carrier for your protection.
